**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of two dealerships, ensuring seamless coordination and high performance across all departments.
- Drive the sales strategy, fostering an environment that excels in deal structuring and salesperson training and growth.
- Mentor and train the sales and management teams, instilling best practices and a proactive approach to dealership management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, enhancing brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities for both sites.
- Foster strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers and other key stakeholders.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
**Experience**
- Extensive experience as a General Manager within the automotive industry, preferably overseeing multiple dealership locations.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach in sales training and team development.
- Excellent knowledge of dealership financial metrics, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to structure deals and enhance sales team performance.
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
