World Kia is hiring an expereinced BDC Manager

The BDC Manager is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who contact us via the Internet and phone to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles by supervising a large staff of CSRs and by actively working new car and credit leads.The BDC Manager is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who contact us via the internet and phone, to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles by supervising a large staff of CSRs and by actively working new car and credit leads.

We have a very high volume of leads and need to add additional team members as well.

You must be a leader who is not afraid to hold people accountable for their responsibilities.

Your pay will be salary-based and commissioned-based including what you and your team produce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat by managing and leading your people.
• Spend time on the phone assisting with generating traffic
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
• Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
• Generating reports and logs to review with GM and owner.

Requirements:

• Sales experience a plus.
• Vin Solutions experience a plus.
• Dealership experience required.
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills. You must be able to use good grammar in your written communications.
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
• Positive Attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay.
• Drive to succeed in customer expectations.
