Condotte America, LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Medley, FL

Overview

Provide administrative support to on-site project management and staff, including administrative functions, accounting reporting and serve as a liaison for employees

Responsibilities

Administrative:

  • Serve as receptionist with duties to include answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, mail, copying, ordering and maintaining office supplies, etc.
  • Set-up and maintain reports and databases as requested
  • Cross-train with another Administrative Assistant on-site, (if applicable) to serve as back-up
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Must be highly organized and able to multi-task

Safety:

  • Assist the site safety personnel as needed

Accounting:

  • Input, verify, and process timesheets for payroll
  • Maintain tracking, reporting, database spreadsheets needed for project
  • Reconcile management’s purchasing card statements monthly

Employee Relations:

  • Assist all employees with questions on payroll and timesheets
  • Assist with equipment questions (scanner, copy machine, etc.)

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in administrative support position

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward Condotte America Zero Harm principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
