Concordis Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our support team based in Florida. As an owner, operator, and developer of senior housing communities, Concordis operates an expanding portfolio of Senior Living communities throughout the southeastern United States.

This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to partner with us and our community leadership teams. The Vice President of Operations will support multi-site senior living communities and serve as the point of contact in achieving the community’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Dining, Life Enrichment, Maintenance, and Memory Care functions.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of multiple communities and pre-opening services.
  • Providing training, education, and strategic coaching for on-site leadership teams.
  • Ensuring staffing and budgets are within company guidelines, meeting financial objectives.
  • Reviewing, revising, implementing, and managing operations policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop company protocols, training programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for each community’s license.
  • Establishing metrics and standards to evaluate the company’s efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Building positive relationships with team members, residents, family members, and communities.
  • Managing Executive Directors and conducting timely performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the assisted living administrator for facilities during administrator vacancies
  • Extensive travel required to support multi-state locations.

Qualifications:

· FL CORE Administrator Certification

  • 5-7 years of multi-unit operations experience, with 3 years in senior living preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for working with seniors and demonstrated success in senior living leadership roles.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding managerial, leadership, and diplomacy expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or computer software.
  • Florida residency or willingness to relocate.

· Proficient in MS Office

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
