Discover by Capital Representative: Guide, direct, and lead the Sales Team in daily operations of resort sales. Assist Sales Associate with the finalization of the sales process and preparation of worksheet.
The ideal candidate:
Maintain sales performance and finalization of sales
Manage and train sales team
Knowledge of, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
Justifying and gaining consent to purchase from client
Protect the company interest
All other duties as assigned
