Our Guiding Principles
Facilities Assistant
The Facilities Assistant is a full-time position. Full-time hours mean consistently working 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 40 hours total per week. The primary focus of the Facility Assistant is to ensure all Concordia facilities are the outward expression of the “Place of Excellence” guiding principle. Work is performed under the supervision of the Facilities Manager to ensure facilities and grounds are well kept, well maintained, and meet city and state licensing requirements. In general, responsibilities include custodial, janitorial, and light maintenance tasks. The skills, qualifications and other requirements are representative of those needed for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reports to the Facilities Manager.
