Senior Product Marketing Manager

Concord Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its growing team in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for a product marketing maven with the ability to establish a best-practice product marketing discipline at Concord. The SPMM will work with marketing and product leadership to rapidly establish processes, measurements and plans to bridge current gaps and allow Concord to identify the market problems, segments, ideal clients, and TAM for current and future product offerings.

The right candidate has extensive cloud fax and/or healthcare knowledge. You have a passion for creating consistency in how to analyze the market, recommend products for the development, and ultimately bring products to market. You have been part of building the product marketing practice at other organizations. You have a track record of right-sizing best practices to meet the business and teams where they are and positioning them to scale. You are a builder who can bring order out of chaos, drive consensus, solve complex problems. You may or may not geek out over understanding how to build the product marketing disciplines, systems, processes, and workflows that drive the best solutions forward. You speak product, development, sales, and marketing. You enjoy spending time with customers understanding their needs. You know how to ask the right questions that drive business opportunities. You like being in the middle of it all, the one who is trusted to connect teams and support processes on which product investment and Go To Market decisions are made. You enjoy teaching others and implementing the best practice processes and technologies. You eat market intel for lunch are savvy at project management. You are probably the one who others turn to translate what industry movement means to the product, partners, and customers.

You blend creativity with strategic thinking. You will work with our product, development, sales, marketing, and corporate teams to connect product and solution ideas with the market. You are great at finding the most straightforward answer to complex questions, and your integrity is your north star. You value accountability and collaboration as much as you love great product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Own, build and scale the product marketing practice at Concord
  • Responsible for working with product managers to formulate and evaluate solutions and strategies. Must be able to synthesize diverse and complex information and data, then develop appropriate solutions that meet both customer needs and internal constraints.
  • Ability to engage collaboratively and build influence within the organization that allows us to apply appropriate strategies for identifying new product/solutions offerings and improving the existing product.
  • Experience in end to end product marketing management, building processes, collaborative cross-functional teams, and products that position teams and businesses to win

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 8-10 years' experience in product marketing, product management or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with using data to drive decisions
  • Proficiency in building, integrating, and maintaining best practices within product marketing and product management cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of pragmatic marketing and design thinking a plus
  • Ability to scope and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to both build and improve processes.
  • You have a track record working in healthcare and/or cloud fax companies with B2B, SAAS technology companies sales
  • You possess an innate curiosity for understanding people, workflow, culture, and a passion for making products that solve real problems for customers and the exceptional marketing programs that drive adoption
  • The ability to work empathetically, putting yourself in someone else's shoes and seeing the world through their eyes, and creating processes and products that allow them to do their job more effectively.
  • Ability to extract compelling insights and trends from systems and people by asking strategic questions.
  • Prioritize and manage your time and workload across multiple projects at once, coordinating with the marketing team and internal partners to set and meet deadlines.
