We are seeking a well-rounded, experienced, qualified Lead Estimator with all facets of estimating experience.

Responsibilities –

· Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to provide detailed estimates for bidding construction projects.

· Attend pre-bid meetings and walk throughs at potential new project locations.

· Perform on-screen take-offs to gather information for bids.

· Co-chair handover meetings with project management team

· Determine the scope of work, solicit bidders, and obtain accurate subcontractor & supplier pricing and bids.

· Source subcontractors and suppliers in different regions, based on project location

· Develop RFI’s and clarifications while also formulating value engineering ideas for each bid.

· Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process.

Requirements –

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field is highly preferred.

· 5 years of construction estimating with experience collaborating with a General Contractor.

· Ability to determine, create and maintain construction schedules in Microsoft Project

· Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure

· Computer proficiency: Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project & Procore. Timberline a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
