Job Details
- Overall responsibility of managing AMS, Roll out projects for Global Customer.
- Carry out preliminary assessment of the project requests by conducting the feasibility study, providing the updates to leadership team along with ROM estimate.
- Manage the projects from risk, scope, timelines perspective and accordingly provide status updates to the concerned stakeholders.
- Conduct review meetings with Internal as well as customer stakeholders & discuss the status of the ongoing projects.
- Manage the resource capacity of the team & accordingly prepare the resource schedule for the pipeline projects.
- Conduct business blueprint workshops.
- Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
- Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.
- Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Ideas and ensure Y-O-Y productivity is delivered.
- Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA.
- Prior working experience with SAP (Mandatory).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications.
- Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team.
- Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
