Complete Technology Services is looking for anTemporary part timeAdministrative Associate to fill in for our current team member who will be out on leave. The dates of needed coverage will be 5/20/24-approximately 9/1/24.

Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses around the Midwest.

The Administrative Associate will serve as the main administrative point of contact for the company. The job duties for this position may vary to some degree based on the company’s evolving needs. We are seeking a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to join a growing company, and who possesses the skill set to own and execute on a variety of administrative tasks.

Position Overview

· Scheduling and logistics coordination for in-office trainings

· Assist Business Support Manager in internal event planning

· Assist Director of People Operations with administrative HR needs

(Recruitment, life recognition tasks, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, apparel)

· Answering the door and greeting guests

· Managing snacks, beverages, office supplies, and company lunches

· Mail sorting and delivery

· Assisting in end of year administrative needs

· Assisting company managers with departmental administrative duties as assigned

· Building management duties/coordination

(HVAC, signage, landscaping, inspections, emergency plans, tenant needs and billing, effective communication with company President/building owner)

· Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

· Ability to lift/carry up to 50lb on occasion.

· Climbing ladders or crawling under desks may be necessary for occasional tasks.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
