Full-Time (HR) Human Resources Director

Responsibilities (HR) Human Resources Director:

• Assist department heads in recruitment of new hires and retention of staff.
• Complete onboarding and facilitate orientation with all new hires.
• Mediate all labor related issues within the facility.
• Oversee payroll, Workman’s Compensation, FMLA and Disability.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications (HR) Human Resources Director:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with peers.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
