Compass Truck Sales is looking for a Parts Manager to join our team! Be a part of a dynamic organization and one of our fast-growing Departments where we provide full fleet maintenance, from Detailing to Mechanical and Body Collision.

We hold a large number of parts in our inventory, and we need an experienced person to help us continue our journey and run the following scope of work:

• Manage the tire and parts inventory
• Parts room organization
• Manage all the ordering and replenishments of truck parts through PO System
• Handle warranty/core parts ordering/returns
• Process and manage parts invoices
• Manage vendor performance for timely invoicing and parts accuracy
• Answer telephone/emails directly vendors
• Scanning parts to the work orders for the technicians
• Assist with facility maintenance.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Shop Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience required in Semi Trucks Parts Handling (must know semi-truck parts)
• Experience and knowledge of the truck parts is mandatory
• 1 year of inventory management experience a mandatory
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Saturday when needed 8am to 12pm
