Finkbiner Equipment Co is Hiring a Parts Warehouse Driver Near Ridge, IL

Parts Warehouse/Driver

Reports to: Parts Manager

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

Summary

Prepare and accurately ship customer orders, service orders, vendor returns, core returns, and warranty items.

Responsibilities:

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
Process outbound and receive inbound UPS, FedEx, and various LTL shipments
Pick, box, and label parts for customer and service orders
Shelf stock orders and returns
Maintain parts inventory including cleaning, facing, and spacing products on the shelf
Perform intermittent cycle counts of inventory
Monitor consumables and supplies and report to the Manager as necessary
Sweep and vacuum necessary parts warehouse and shelving. Empty trash and recycle bins daily
Assist in maintenance, shoveling, and salting of the yard as needed
Help close down/open up department depending on schedule
Ability to drive a forklift
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Deliver and pickup orders as needed
Other duties assigned by the manager

Competencies:

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8-10 hour days
Ability to work with team members to solve problems that may not have an established resolution method.

Education/Experience

High school education or GED equivalent required. Technical, vocational, trade school education or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization.
- both oral and written, good work habits, and self-motivation to perform at one's highest level.
