Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time LEAD SERVER position.
- Location: Heritage on the Marina - 3400 Laguna Street, San Francisco, CA 94123.
- Schedule: Full time schedule; as business needs, weekends are required. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.
- Requirement: Previous food service experience is required. Previous lead, management, and/or supervisory experience is preferred. Senior living experience is a plus!
- Perks: $1500 Sign on Bonus! Meal with shift! Shift and apron provided.
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary
Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
