At Compass Coffee our mission is simple: We're Here to Make People's Days Better. Starting with our first café in 2014, we’ve focused on building a community around coffee. Since then, we’ve grown to include 12 cafés in DC and VA, a production space in Ivy City, and a nationwide network of coffee lovers that find us online and in grocery stores. As we continue to share our real good coffee, and open new cafes throughout the DMV, at the heart of it all is our people: Baristas that love to talk about coffee and share something new with our customers.
