Roasting Plant® Coffee is currently searching for experienced Baristas for our new store in Washington, DC.

We are a fast-growing coffee-tech startup focused on becoming the world’s first choice in Just-Roasted™ coffee. We are coffee-obsessed with direct from farm sourcing and micro-batch roasting in every store.

The basics:
- Must have a Food Handlers Certificate
- Must have experience in coffee retail as a barista
- Early riser – up, energized and ready to go!
- Be punctual – on time for every shift!
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to ascend and descend stairs frequently
- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Open availability including weekend shifts
