Duties:

• Create postings and screen job applicants in Indeed.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Updating company policies and job descriptions.
• Assist employee requests regarding human resources.
• Assist in bi-weekly payroll preparation and provide back-up.
• Retention and employee engagement.
• Additional duties as determined by Administrator.

Qualifications:

• One year work experience in a human resource department providing excellent internal and external customer service.
• Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as spreadsheets and databases.
• The ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including business letter writing.
• Methods and techniques for proper phone etiquette.
• Methods and techniques for record keeping and filing.
• A thorough understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA principles.
• Bachelors degree is required
