Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 Salary/year
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
Job Shift: Day

Description

Community Health Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Director, the HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including administrative tasks, onboarding, payroll,benefit administration, and compliance with federal and state laws. If you are passionate about making a difference in healthcare and possess the qualifications outlined below, we encourage you to apply. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR administration and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
