Community Health Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Director, the HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including administrative tasks, onboarding, payroll,benefit administration, and compliance with federal and state laws. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR administration and operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
