Description

Job Summary:

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a highly motivated and intellectually curious key contributor. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, you will collaborate with senior leaders across the organization. In this highly visible role, you will support reporting, analysis, and planning initiatives, helping the company to achieve growth objectives. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and present financial results against forecast, budget, and prior year, identifying areas of improvement to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Develop relationships and act as a trusted business partner and expert on all finance-related activities.
  • Prepare standard and specialized financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and management reporting) according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other reporting requirements.
  • Lead meetings with leaders across the organization, identifying key financial and operational drivers and articulating relevant and actionable information.
  • Prepare pro forma and due diligence analysis for potential new clinics or acquisitions.
  • Proactively assess financial and operational performance, risks, and opportunities. Provide timely and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead project initiatives to improve reporting, analytical tools, and internal processes to enhance company decision-making.
  • Play a critical role in the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and strategic long-term plans. In addition to modeling, you will collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with company roadmap.
  • Take ownership of assigned areas, working under moderate supervision.
  • Share administrative responsibilities for our reporting and planning tool, including creating new reporting capabilities, building and maintaining planning models, validating data loads, troubleshooting, and serving as a system expert.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business or align with strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience working in a private-equity backed company preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using financial reporting and planning software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
