POSITION PURPOSE
Support and assist the Executive Chef. Manage and supervise the Small Batch local kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, a pro-active "can do" attitude and provide exceptional distinctive premium service to our guests. If you enjoy working in an elegant atmosphere, fast-paced environment as well as working in a team environment, this is the ideal job for you!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for managing and supervising all restaurant operations.
- Responsible for time of service, food and quality control.
Experience
One -Two years hotel culinary or related experience required.
