POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides financial reporting and analysis for multiple Aircraft Completion Projects

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Works directly with Project Managers to prepare and present project-specific financials.
• Works directly with Planning Department to prepare and present monthly Executive financial information.
• Calculates individual items such as labor, material, and time costs.
• Calculates relationship of sales/revenues to cost and overhead expenditures.
• Develops, maintains and updates management databases.
• Tracks expenses and revenues vs. budget and assists with reforecasting and analysis of fluctuations.
• Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies.
• Assists in the budget & reforecast process.
• Develops and distributes ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting or analysis position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment

The office building where this position works is a typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues in the immediate vicinity of the work station. The employee in this position will experience occasional outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmental elements when called upon to locate personnel working inside or outside of a Hangar.
