Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
