Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Customer Service Representative Team
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Solve customers concerns as they arise

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage a team effectively
