Job Description:

The primary role of the RN/LPN, as part of the home healthcare clinical team, is to assist the Director of Nursing with the coordination and planning of services provided to clients, serve as clinical expert to field staff members, as well as provide skilled services to home-based clients as needed. RNs with experience in home healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as assistant coordinator for skilled and non-skilled client care
• Assist Director of Nursing with QA audits, Documentation for Plans of Care and oversight to field Nurses for their documentation.
• Mentor caregivers in their assigned roles
• Assist with clinical education and competencies for caregivers, staff, clients, and other parties

Licensure Skills Requirements:

• Must possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a RN or LPN
• Must have at least 1 year of home healthcare experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Computer proficiency required
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance required

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Part Time to possible Full time

Work Location:

· Office in Pompano Beach

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN /LPN (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
