Whatare we looking for from you?

• Supervises and develops ateam of Accountants
• Production of financialreports
• Responsible dataanalytics/data mining, including developing dashboards
• Performs cash management,such as monitoring daily cash balances, monitoring investment performance, andprojecting cash needs
• Maintaining an adequatesystem of accounting records
• Developing budgets
• Managing a comprehensive set ofcontrols and budgets designed to mitigate risk
• Enhance the accuracy of thecompany's reported financial results comply with generally accepted accountingprinciples

Whatqualifications will you need to be a successful Controller? 

• At least 10 years ofexperience in an accounting and/or finance function
• Bachelor's in Accounting orFinance (or closely related field)
• Supervisory and managementexperience in a team-oriented environment
• In-depth working knowledgeof accounting systems (A/P, A/R, Billing, and General Ledger) is required, asis
• Experience in accounting offor-profit and non-profit healthcare organizations with multiple divisions
• Possess technical skills,including computer literacy with spreadsheets, databases, data analytics, anddata mining and programming; advanced experienced with Microsoft products,including Excel and Word; and experience with a SQL-based general ledger accountingsystem and other ERP systems and platforms.
