Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to assist with their real estate needs
• Utilize Coldwell Banker's marketing resources to create content and produce strategic advertising opportunities through digital, print, and social media
• Represent clients in residential property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant representation, and commercial property transactions
• Stay current with real estate market trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information
• Develop and maintain a rich knowledge of the communities served by the firm
• Attend networking events and maintain a positive reputation in the industry

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Real Estate License
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with digital and social media marketing techniques
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and changes in regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
