As the Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer calls 80% of the time, help schedule deliveries and service techs, and answer any general customer questions.
As the Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will need to:
Full-time schedules typically include five days per week. Monday through Friday 11am-7pm, every other weekend (Saturdays 10am-6pm and Sundays 11am-5pm). No late nights! Great office environment with fun co-workers! Come share your smile with our Customer Service Team!
