Colder's Furniture, Appliances, & Mattresses is Hiring a CSR - Customer Service Representative Near West, WI
Are you seeking a schedule that includes your mornings free? Are you good with customers and have excellent communication skills? If so, Colder's Furniture, Appliances, and & Mattresses wants you to join our team as a our next Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our West Allis location!
As the Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer calls 80% of the time, help schedule deliveries and service techs, and answer any general customer questions.
As the Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will need to:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be detailed oriented
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be an effective problem solver
- Be a team player
Full-time schedules typically include five days per week. Monday through Friday 11am-7pm, every other weekend (Saturdays 10am-6pm and Sundays 11am-5pm). No late nights! Great office environment with fun co-workers! Come share your smile with our Customer Service Team!
