SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant/Coordinator is responsible for the fast response and coordination of emergency water/fire/smoke/ damage claims and other restoration-related activities, as well as clerical, reception, record keeping, and general administrative duties

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and maximize communication to clients
• Handle and dispatch incoming restoration calls
• Generate daily work orders; track, update, and maintain department records
• Assist Restoration Team with Vendor Program correspondence and tracking
• Help coordinate sub-contractors and communicate with insured/adjuster
• Field customer questions and concerns
• Invoice Restoration projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Xactimate estimating software a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college and sales experience preferred, college degree is a plus
