Under general supervision, performs human resources administrative work of moderate difficulty in planning, coordinating and overseeing the personnel related functions of a department; performs related work as assigned.

Associate Degree in human resources, public administration or related field and two years of human resources experience; OR any combination of education, training or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Must successfully pass background check and polygraph.
The ideal candidate will be an Human Resources professional with experience working in a Law Enforcement organization and experienced recruiter and background investigator.
This position is safety sensitive.
This position is exempt from overtime. Note: Individuals in exempt classifications as part time employees may be classified as non-exempt per FLSA law regarding minimum weekly salary requirements.Coconino County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
