Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in the supervision of cleaning and maintenance in the Law Enforcement facilities; performs related work as assigned.

Three years progressively responsible custodial or maintenance experience; OR any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must submit to a background search and successfully pass polygraph examination. Must not have a felony conviction within previous ten years or dishonorable discharge from the military. Must not have a misdemeanor conviction involving domestic violence within previous five years. Must not have used dangerous or narcotic drugs in the past five years for more than experimentation.
Must obtain an Arizona driver's license by date of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of custodial or maintenance experience or any combination. Experience in basic commercial building maintenance. Ability to work on a computer to maintain records, reports, and complete trainings. Effective managerial and supervisory skills are needed and ability to work various shifts including second shift, some weekends and holidays as needed.
This position is non-exempt from overtime.
