Under supervision performs work of moderate difficulty in recording court proceedings, processing and distributing court documents; performs related duties as assigned.
Illustrative Only:
Two years of progressively responsible clerical work; including at least one year experience in Justice Court environment; OR Associate's degree in a related field and one year of progressively responsible clerical work experience in a Justice Court environment; OR Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass fingerprint clearance.
The ideal candidateis organized and detail oriented, works efficiently, has strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy. Is flexible and has the ability to adapt to ever changing job demands, has great communication skills and works well in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications: Court room and scheduling experience, a working knowledge of AJACS or case management databases, and previous experience working with teams in court cases.
