We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Account Manager to join our client's fast-paced agency. You'll be the bridge between our talented creative team and our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned advertising accounts with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary agency contact.
  • Deeply understand client needs and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative advertising campaigns across various platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Proactively communicate project progress and address client concerns with transparency and diplomacy.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative advertising agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry and current marketing trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for creativity and a keen eye for design is a plus.
