We have proven capabilities in new and emerging technologies and extensive experience across a broad range of industries and domains which enable us to deliver world-class, secure, scalable and reliable business systems. We have achieved many distinctions and milestones of outstanding success during the course of its evolutionary journey. Job DescriptionProcess accounts payable invoices, including matching of invoice, receiver and purchase order.Prepare check runs, weekly ACH payments and credit card payments for vendors.Verify correct ledger account coding and sufficient support documentation of accounts payable transactions.Receives and verifies expense reportsMaintain accurate records of vendors, including W-9.1099 processingCommunicate with vendors about billing discrepancies and questions.File invoices rotate to storage as needed.Maintain accounting ledgers as required.Perform various accounting projects.Assist with audit requirements and requests.Meet all standards of confidentiality and safety. Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner.Work effectively with colleagues by practicing punctuality, respect for deadlines, collaborative problem solving, and honest communication.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred2 - 4 years of accounts payable experience or equivalent strongly preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.Ability to achieve high volumes with high accuracy.Tech savvy, and proficient with Word and Excel.Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills.Intermediate level computer literacy.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to be a team player.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
