Clinical Management Consultants is Hiring an IT Service Desk Supervisor Near Reno, NV
A wonderful new opportunity has become available at a state-of-the-art, award-winning acute care hospital for an IT Service Desk Supervisor. Located outside of the Reno Nevada area, this hospital is well-respected and part of a fantastic healthcare system.

Reporting to the Manager of IT, the IT Service Desk Supervisor will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating IT Service Desk policies and procedures as well as acting as an advisor to IT Leadership to analyze trends, equipment needs, software upgrade recommendations, and system reconfigurations. In addition, the IT Service Desk Supervisor will supervise and mentor Service Desk Staff and work alongside the Manager of IT to provide training to staff and new hires.
Requirements:
- Onsite position-this is not a remote position
- 4 years experience working with Windows Operating Systems
Preferred:
- ITIL Certification
- CompTIAA Certification
- Experience with Cisco Hardware
