The Surgical Programs Operations Associate Director will be responsible for assisting the Director of Surgery with the daily surgical operations and procedures as well as implementing and evaluating protocols to enhance surgical services. The Assistant Director Perioperative Services is also responsible for managing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and collaborating with surgical teams to ensure efficiency and quality of care.

The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in business or related field as well as 5-10 years' experience in OR RN and/or Revenue Cycle for Operating Room/Interventional Programs experience. Comprehensive experience with data management and analytics and strong leadership and organizational skills is a must. Current NY State RN licensure is required.
