Perioperative Leadership Opportunity: Assistant RN Director Surgical Services in Southern California!

Join the Team: Reporting directly to the Administrative Director of Perioperative Services, the Assistant RN Director will become responsible for the facility’s 9 Operating Rooms and 2 GI Suites. The Perioperative Services Assistant Nurse Director will play an integral role as a member of the hospital leadership team, and will have the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with highly-trained and certified operating room and GI RN staff. The OR Nurse Manager will manage staff working in a variety of surgical specialties, including CVOR and Pediatrics.

Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration; 3 years of management-level experience; Hands-on Operating Room/GI experience; and a knack for bringing teams together!
