What You'll Do: As our Pediatric Dental Insurance Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients have a seamless experience from scheduling appointments to processing insurance claims. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating effectively with patients, parents, and our dental team to coordinate appointments and address insurance-related inquiries. Utilizing practice management software, preferably OPEN DENTAL, to efficiently manage patient records and insurance billing. Demonstrating tech-savviness and staying updated on industry trends to streamline processes and enhance patient care. Offering a warm and welcoming presence to everyone who walks through our doors, embodying our commitment to providing exceptional care.

What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people of all ages. Proficiency with practice management software, particularly OPEN DENTAL, and a solid understanding of insurance dentistry. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Flexibility to work on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and 1-2 Sundays, with the potential for additional hours or full-time status for the right candidate. Prior experience as an insurance coordinator in a PPO practice is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with practice management software (OPEN DENTAL preferably) and insurance dentistry (a must)
• Tech savvy and knowledge
• Open Tuesdays, Saturdays, and 1-2 Sundays (willing to offer convenient hours, extra days, or full-time for the right individual)
• Insurance coordinator experience for PPO practice

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $22.00 per hour
