Position: Pediatric Dental Insurance Coordinator

Schedule: Tuesdays, Saturdays, and 1-2 Sundays (willing to offer convenient hours, extra days, or full-time for the right individual)

What You'll Do:

As our Pediatric Dental Insurance Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients have a seamless experience from scheduling appointments to processing insurance claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating effectively with patients, parents, and our dental team to coordinate appointments and address insurance-related inquiries.
• Utilizing practice management software, preferably OPEN DENTAL, to efficiently manage patient records and insurance billing.
• Demonstrating tech-savviness and staying updated on industry trends to streamline processes and enhance patient care.
• Offering a warm and welcoming presence to everyone who walks through our doors, embodying our commitment to providing exceptional care.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking an experienced individual who possesses the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people of all ages.
• Proficiency with practice management software, particularly OPEN DENTAL, and a solid understanding of insurance dentistry.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Flexibility to work on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and 1-2 Sundays, with the potential for additional hours or full-time status for the right candidate.
• Prior experience as an insurance coordinator in a PPO practice is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
