What You’ll Do
Work closely with engineering management and product management to design solutions to core business problems, with a focus on Identity Access Management
Implementing the backend for new features including design of models, business logic
Building RESTful APIs for our native apps to consume, as well as working closely with our Frontend Engineers.
Research, analyze, and recommend technical solutions
Create architectural documentation describing proposed solutions
Establish architectural design patterns and best practices
Maintaining, enhancing, and developing architecture of our platform

What We Want From You

5 years of Software Development experience.

Strong Java development experience.

A professional technical background with experience in an Agile development environment.

Experience designing and developing highly scalable RESTful APIs.

Experience building backend microservices for web applications.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including complex queries and joins.

Working knowledge of Kafka and Elastic Search a plus.

Experience with cloud services like Amazon Web Services or Google cloud. Working knowledge of AWS Lambda Functions a plus.

Experience with Node JS and Apollo Server/graphQL a plus.

Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML, React JS a bonus.

Experience with Git / BitBucket.
