PURPOSE
This position is responsible for site selection and all related tasks for new and relocated stores. Related tasks include demographic and cannibalization analysis, management of broker network and landlord relationships, presentation of property attributes to Real Estate leadership along with other company executives, negotiation of letters of intent, assisting attorneys in lease negotiations, and assisting in coordinating projects with other department functional areas. This position is a travel intensive position with 50% travel potential.

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
