Junior Real Estate Analyst

Summary:

The Junior Real Estate Analyst is responsible for providing real estate-related research and support to achieve the organization’s rapid real estate growth goals. This individual teams with the Internal Real Estate Team, as well as cross-functional business partners, to assess potential real estate opportunities for LFC and our brands, including SWTHZ Contrast Therapy Studios and Dogtopia.

Responsibilities:

• Helps collect, organize, and analyze information to support the company’s real estate activities including site selection and leasing.

• Research for potential site acquisition opportunities, including, but not limited to: ownership, legal records, zoning, traffic information, permitting regulations, and comparable leasing data.

• Works and collaborates with property owners, real estate brokers, and developers, as well as city and county officials to obtain information about a potential or existing site.

• Actively researches and monitors the growth plans of competitors.

• Evaluate and generate reports and analyses on trade areas, market criteria, and sites for potential locations.

• Assist in providing critical information and data, report real estate metrics, create ad hoc reports,

• May plan and attend Real Estate site selection trips and meetings.

• Must have superior communication skills; verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions.

• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Consistent ability to report to the Corporate Headquarters located in Atlanta, GA (near the Battery).

Qualifications:

• 0 - 2 years of Real Estate or related experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel is preferred.

• Proficient with Buxton Analytics and CoStar is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
