We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sr. Executive Assistant/ Chief of Staff for a direct hire opportunity in Austin, TX. If you are a go getter, no nonsense Sr. EA with project management skills we'd love to speak with you.
Required qualifications are as follows:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is icing on the cake.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project management
  • Minimum of 3 years providing executive level support, to include C-Level Executives or Senior Management
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptionally strong work ethic: nights and weekends shouldn't scare you (it's not every night and not every weekend, but if the job needs done, we need to know we can count on you to hit a deadline)
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties with very limited or absence of direction.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; willingness to learn and work in Paycor, Lattice, Evernote, Mac OS (including Keynote) and Salesforce.

responsibilities:
  • Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO and CEO providing insights and support on a wide range of issues.
  • Coordinate and manage critical projects and initiatives directly on behalf of the COO and CEO, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Facilitate communication between the Executive team and other departments within the company, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and review strategic documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings involving the COO and CEO.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the COO and CEO to facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Represent the COO and CEO in meetings and discussions when necessary, acting as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive special projects and initiatives to completion.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Administrator to manage the COO and CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on various topics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee a team of 2 Executive Administrators that support the Executive Team
  • Event planning - including team meetings, offsites, training, and celebratory events etc.??
  • Taking and disseminating meeting notes, following up and ensuring execution on outstanding items.
