About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Data Center Solutions Group. This pivotal role involves providing core support that bridges business and operational functions, including multiple business units, system architecture, and strategy. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for maintaining and driving operational and governance activities, representing the group in various corporate-level operational tasks, and managing the operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to understand and support the group's strategy, key priorities, and management style. They will also be expected to drive key strategic initiatives, develop executive presentation materials, and ensure consistent operational performance.The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and engaged leader with a strong background in the technology industry, particularly in data center solutions. They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a track record of success in team and program leadership. A high level of proficiency in MS Office and data analysis is required, along with a degree in a relevant field (an MS or MBA is preferred). The Chief of Staff must be creative, resourceful, and decisive, with a focus on team success and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, proactive communication, and innovation. The role demands a candidate who is skilled in developing positive interpersonal relationships and can effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization.
