Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Plan and execute menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage food costs and minimize waste
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Proficient in food management techniques, including inventory control and cost analysis
- Culinary creativity and ability to create innovative dishes
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience in food service management, catering, or restaurant operations
- Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus
