Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Morning Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing the front-of-house staff, coordinating with and supporting the Front of House manager, managing in reservations, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- helping Interview, hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders/baristas.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front-of-house operations
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Implement food safety protocols to maintain a safe dining environment
- Plan and execute special events or banquets as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
