• 5 years of managerial experience with direct reports.
• Prefer expertise in Medicare Supplement or Senior Health Insurance.
• Preferably holds an FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in achieving growth and profitability goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Provide vision and strategic direction for product lines, ensuring a balance between growth and customer satisfaction.
• Understand the financial aspects of product lines and how they are effectively sold in the market.

Leadership and Representation:

• Act as the face of the product lines, representing them to internal audiences and on the road during visits to agencies.
• Lead and inspire a team, directly managing pricing actuaries, product analysts, and product marketing resources.

Growth and Profitability:

• Drive growth and profitability of product lines by setting clear objectives and utilizing your leadership skills to achieve them.
• Work closely with pricing actuaries and analysts to ensure competitive and financially sound products.

Market Interaction:

• Interact with distributions, both internally and externally, to understand market dynamics and facilitate the sale of products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather insights from the field and incorporate them into product strategies.

Product Design and Pricing:

• Take a hands-on approach to designing and pricing products, ensuring they meet market needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
