Job Description Summary: Windows Environment Product Manager Job Description Summary: The Windows Environment and Patch Management Proudct Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of our Windows-based IT infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for overseeing software deployment and applications such as Intune, Jamf, Airwatch, Workspace ONE, Tangoe, and SCCM, as well as overseeing vulnerability management and patch management processes and compliance Meet our team: As a member of the Device Lifecycle Management and the broader End User Experience Team, you will interface daily with outsourced service providers, continuous service improvement team members and the customer community.

Job Description:

Your day-to-day:

Collaboration Strategy: Define comprehensive strategy for the deployment, adoption, and optimization of collaborative applications and tools, including the Microsoft Suite and other corporate collaboration platforms.

Software Deployment and Patch Management: Oversee the execution of software deployment and application patch management processes in line with industry standards ensuring timely and efficient deployment of updates and patches.

Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration applications, and facilitating escalating issues as needed to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Product Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and implementation of product initiatives and enhancements related to collaborative applications, leveraging user feedback and market insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to collaboration applications, analyze usage trends and user feedback, and identify opportunities to optimize functionality, usability, and performance.

End User Support and Training: Collaborate with Comm’s team to curate and deliver training sessions and workshops to promote adoption and proficiency.

Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards for collaborative applications and tools, implementing appropriate security controls and monitoring mechanisms to protect sensitive information and mitigate risks.

Documentation and Reporting: Oversee compliance of documentation, records, and audit trails of collaboration application configurations, deployments, and incidents, and prepare reporting and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains in collaboration application management and support practices, and drive initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (5 years) in managing collaborative applications and tools, with expertise in the Microsoft Suite and other corporate collaboration platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and experience overseeing software deployment and application patch management processes.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver results.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive product initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Experience working in a regulated industry or environment with strict security and compliance requirements is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
