At Click Here Digital, our Automotive Account Managers work directly with dealership executives across the United States to create integrated digital marketing strategies that utilize multiple channels to provide clients with the best return on investment. These channels include Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Programmatic Display and Video, Connected TV (OTT and CTV), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, and Website Development. This position is dedicated to focusing on client satisfaction. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners and assisting in ways to drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities. Candidates that excel at relationship building, analyzing data, and are self-motivated will thrive in this role.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN DIGITAL MARKETING, specifically Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Programmatic Display and Video, Connected TV (CTV/OTT), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing. You will work directly with clients to review performance through in-office/virtual meetings and travel for client consultations as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships and provide support to clients

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives, and consult with clients on processes and industry best practices

  • Daily client communication on advertising strategy and campaign performance to clients and internal teams (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, CTV, Creative, etc).

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and translate data from campaign performance results into an actionable narrative for clients.

  • Evaluate client's needs and assist to drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution

  • Travel for client consultations
  • Other duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in client services, sales, marketing, and/or advertising (traditional or digital)

  • Knowledge of the automotive sales industry and processes

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a concise manner to clients across all levels of organizations

  • Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on industry KPIs

  • Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

  • Experience using industry tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing

  • Experience in selling digital marketing solutions

  • High attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency or sales/automotive experience
