Overview:
Clement Companies looking for an experienced Construction Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. This individual will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Construction Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Ultimately, a successful Construction Administrative Assistant is a self-motivated problem solver that ensures a positive office atmosphere while maintaining efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Position Qualifications - Minimum Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED is required. Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
· Three years’ experience firm is strongly desired.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, fax machines, computers, etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
· Accurate and precise attention to detail.
· Goal-oriented and organized leadership.
· Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
· Self-motivated and self-directed.
· Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Procore, and a variety of digital marketing applications is preferred.
· Positive Disposition.
Principle Accountabilities:
· Liaise with Clement Companies executives to handle requests and queries as necessary.
· Open/close office.
· Provide support to accounting team through data entry, information sharing, and report creation.
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Operate and maintain office equipment.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Maintain contact lists.
· Book travel arrangements.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
· Plan meetings and take detailed meeting minutes.
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Develop and maintain a filing system.
· Lean / utilize project management software.
· Manage and schedule equipment repairs and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
